Delivery
As all my lampshades are handmade and made to order, delivery is between 7 – 10 days although if possible I will make and send sooner.
At the moment I only offer UK delivery online so if you are overseas please contact me for a delivery quote.
I wrap my lampshades in cellophane to protect them and pack them carefully in double walled boxes before sending them to their new homes.

Returns
I am pleased to say that it is very rare the I get a lampshade returned to me but if you need to please email me, jo@shadyladylampshades.co.uk to let me know that you are doing so and send within 7 days, unused and in original packing. The exception to this is bespoke lampshades in your own fabric or the Mix and Match lampshades.
We will only refund postage if there was a fault with the product. All products returned for an exchange will incur a duplicate postal charge.
Please ensure that when returning items that you use an insured method of delivery, as we are not responsible for loss or damage of goods in transit.
